Calgary, Get Ready for Conditioning Workshop 2025!

HEY CALGARY (& surrounding area)... We've got a major announcement (if you haven't already heard). After touring to Florida in 2023 & Ottawa in 2024, it's time to stay home in 2025 & make this the best one yet.....

.... what is it you ask? The Conditioning Workshop is landing in Calgary in 2025! September long (August 30th & 31st specifically) we will be hosting the most comprehensive conditioning and gait assessment workshop out there.

Here's what others had to say about the workshop:

  • "The workshop was 10/10, very educational, straight forward and easy to digest."
  • "Easily the best format/content on the physiology of cardiovascular adaptations and programming"
  • "9/10 really enjoyed it. I rated it 9 cause I wanted more days and time to learn!"
  • "This was great. The research-based material with interpretation will allow me to apply the information immediately"
  • "10/10 overall satisfied with the workshop"
  • "Top notch training with evidence-based best practices for gait and conditioning. YES!"
  • "There's a lack of quality education when it comes to conditioning! Carla and Nick have a wealth of knowledge. I feel like we just uncovered the tip of the iceberg and I am looking forward to learning more from them. Bring on part 2!"
  • "Vital's workshop is very methodological and a valuable education for any aspiring or experienced strength and conditioning coach. Thank you Carla and Nick!"

It's time to put the C back in S&C.

I was good at school, worked hard, and believed that if I just kept checking the right boxes, I’d land a great job with great people, decent pay, and room to grow. That was the plan. But back in 2011 when I graduated with my undergrad in Kinesiology, the roles I wanted didn’t exist - not in the form I believed people deserved. So I built one. Vital started as a Plan B… and now, more than a decade later, it’s becoming something bigger than I imagined....
