Conditioning Enthusiasts and Coaches... Vital has got a major announcement. After touring to Florida in 2023 & Ottawa in 2024, (and opening our new gym in 2025) it's time to stay home in Calgary and launch another CONDITIONING WORKSHOP while making 2026's edition the best one yet.

Gear up for the most comprehensive conditioning and gait assessment workshop out there with this 2-day deep dive live-workshop, now accredited by both the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).   • Change-of-Direction Mechanics Mastery – deeper analysis, on-field scoring systems, and drills to improve multi-directional speed and reduce non-contact injury risk in team-sport athletes
  • Team-Sport Tool Kit – practical menus, KPIs, and session designs for sprinters, endurance athletes, basketball players, etc
  • Hydrotherapy Conditioning Guidelines – clear, progressive protocols for early-stage rehab to maintain aerobic and anaerobic fitness when athletes can’t load on land
  • Pre-Workshop Online Gait Modules – deep-dive gait videos and resources released 2–3 weeks early so attendees arrive ready to hit the ground running (literally) and get more out of the live practicals
  • Rehabilitation of Common Running Injuries – focused frameworks for hamstring strains, knee issues (patellofemoral, ITB, etc.), and safe return-to-run progressions grounded in load management and technique
  • Live VALD Performance Demonstrations – objective force-plate and isometric strength targets for runners and team-sport athletes, plus “injury-prevention benchmarks” you can take back and use immediately
